Game developer/publisher Color Dreams believed that, if you put the time and effort into designing a title, you could always sell it twice. Unfortunately, they never made anything worth wasting money on.
Crystal Mines is one of the few projects that wasn't completely crap, but it still isn't very enjoyable. It was a straightforward puzzle/action game that blended Gauntlet with Dig Dug, though that's not nearly as exciting as it sounds.

When Color Dreams changed their name to Wisdom Tree, they started reskinning their older projects with a religious theme. Crystal Mines and its Dalek-like protagonist suddenly turned into Joshua and the Battle of Jericho and Moses in Exodus.
Wisdom Tree did a lot of this as they pumped out mostly unplayable, unlicensed garbage in the early '90s, and they often made the games worse in the process.
