Wanted to give my two cents on 3D gaming on TVs and OnLive.

I'll start with 3D tvs. A lot of people say that the adoption rate will be incredibly slow but when I listen to shows like This Week in Tech or Tech News Today, they think that in a year or two it won't be a question of should I buy a 3D tv or not. They think it will be gone since every tv at that point 3D will be built in no matter how viable it becomes in the home market. And as for 3D tvs that don't require glasses (since now a lot of the companies realize that those glasses are way too much) have the major problem of there being only two to three areas where you can sit and have it be 3D.

And as for OnLive I think (no matter how much I hate it) gaming will become all cloud based like OnLive offers but there is no way imo that OnLive is the one that makes it viable. Personally I feel like they are moving and expaning way too fast. Their service of just offering games on the computer is young and now they have a console and adding it into TVs. They have added all these services which rises the cost for them to upkeep with all the things a compnay like them need yet I haven't heard them making any money that would cause them to think they need to make all of these outlets available.
