Gossipgamers has an article that links to a virtual tour of Michael Jackson's arcade goodies here showing off a lot of stand ups, pinball machines, and even a Sega R360 machine. It's off of Pinsane which also has a collection of other panoramic views covering the canceled auction from Julien's that had turned into a temporary public display afterwards.
The last time I rode in an R360 was years ago in Vegas which was configured with G-Loc, kind of like Afterburner, managing to land my fighter on the carrier and walk away without feeling the need to hurl all over the waiting queue.

If you haven't seen one of these before, the center part where the seat is sits within two interlocked rings allowing it to spin, turn, and rotate 360° in any direction. Seat belts and a harness kept you from being thrown from the thing since one side was open and a screen inside followed your plane from a chase perspective. It responded well enough to the controls in detecting every little nudge of the flightstick, although there was a slightly palpable delay.
Here's a video on Youtube showing it in motion.
Several months ago, Julien's Auction had posted their catalog detailing all of the things that were to be auctioned from Neverland. You can still flip through the catalogs online if you're still curious as to what was offered up for auction and take a closer look at Jackson's insane collection of arcade stand-ups and display kiosks.
