About a week ago, while checking out Karen Chu's (Bitmob's lead designer) website, I stumbled upon a very cool but, more importantly, very inspiring video she put together for this year's SXSW (South by Southwest) festival's "20x2" event.
In Karen's own words " The 20x2 event features 20 people from all walks of life who have 2 minutes to answer an extremely open-ended question. The ninth 20x2 event was held in Austin at SXSW in The Parish Room. This year's question was: What's it gonna take? "
Her submission for the event was a fun and quirky video with a really positive message. While it's visual content might, at first glance, be aimed at gamers, the clip's message and meaning is one that'll serve anyone that's going through one of those ' What am I supposed to do now?' phases in life.
So, without further ado, here it is:
SXSW 2009: 20x2 "What's it gonna take?" from karen chu on Vimeo.
I had a relly weird time last week, and this little video -- along with other things -- really helped me put some things back into focus. I hope you guys find something in it too.
Thanks Karen!
