I have no doubt that it was somewhere in the document that Activison would have the rights to use Cobain's likeness for any song and Love probably just wants something to whine about. Maybe Activision should take more stock in what Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic have to say, since they've both expressed their dissapointment and they were actually performing with the guy.
