"y and Microsoft have developed the PS and Xbox to basically be at home computers, for internet gaming, downloading and what not, 10 years after Sega first though of it. Well, Sega dropped the ball on that too, by not using the dreamcast as platform for a media center. Then, they only supported that system for 3 years."

This coming from the guy who all but banned 2D games and RPG's in Sony's repertoire, before getting fired? He thought RPG's had no place in the game industry...ridiculous Then, bringing out a 32x and then dropping that and bringing out the mega drive + cd combo and dropping that all within 18 months totally soured Genesis followers on the Saturn, which in turn, Sega only supported for 3 years. They ruined relationships with 3rd party developers. They were horrible with their licensing and their hardware specs with most game studios. Heck, Saturn was developed as a 2d machine too, with little RPG support. I don't know if that happened before he arrived, but those were all fatal flaws. Genesis was great. Even if they felt like they needed to push the envelope, they should have skipped everything else after the Genesis and gone straight to dreamcast, which Stolar did help bring to the market. It may have been too far ahead of its time for its own good, but hardly anyone used the broadband option the dreamcast had...nor the netlink option the saturn had before that. Why? well, Sega didn't advertis"
