"I remember Fox Hunt. Capcom USA had just hired a new director and Fox Hunt was one of the first games produced under him. So many people thought It was going to ruin Capcom USA. I guess that didn't happen."

"It's interesting that it takes technical limitations to make the best games. So many briliant titles were created because developers had to play to their strengths to overcome limited graphic capabilities. It would be interesting to see what major developers would come up with these days if they hand their hands tied when it came to game visuals."

"Having just come out of unemployment, I can honestly say I wish I had $1000 a month to live on when I was jobless. I don't need a video game to simulate what it's like to scrape by. Unemployment is a harsh reality that can never be measured in a pretend world."

"BTW I just read the article and it is split in half. Voices for pro and against are present. Let's not pretend that it was an article that simply bashed Bulletstorm. The article itself is titled 'Is Bulletstorm the worst video game ever'? It didn't say Bulletstorm IS the worst video game ever. It states in the article that industry professionals call the game innovative. Hell, the last paragraph in the article is pro Bulletstorm

“One thing that tends to be ignored is that if Bulletstorm consisted solely of beating people up, it wouldn't be fun to play,” said Hal Levy with the National Youth Rights Association

“It's been praised for encouraging innovative thinking. Bulletstorm involves developing new moves and dispatching of enemies creatively. Plenty of emotionally unstable adults will play the game and they’ll be fine,” he said.

Maybe we should actually read an entire article instead of going apeshit over one stupid thing someone said about a game she's never played."

"Note to all FOX NEWS Haters: Stop Giving them your voice. Everytime someone sneezes wrong at FOX NEWS everyone and their mother on the left cry like babies. Did I like the story about BulletStorm being linked to real violence? No, but you can bet Epic does. This story is best advertising Epic could've asked for, and it's free!

CNN and MSNBC have said worse about the video game industry yet somehow they get a pass. I remember back in '99 both outlets pointed fingers at the video game industry after Columbine. Stop making it out like FOX NEWS has some sort of spell cast on the majority of people who watch cable news. Nobody has put a gun to people's heads to keep it the #1 news outlet. Stop crying like children that aren't getting enough attention because FOX NEWS said something that you don't like. If you want change stop giving FOX NEWS attention and point out the truth in a different outlet."

"I haven't touched my DS in almost 6 months. I play games on my iPod touch a few times a day. The 20 games I have on my touch cost less than the last DS game I bought. It's gotten to the point where any game I feel the need to play for more than 15 minutes(Angry Birds excluded) I'd rather play on a home console."

"Like most entertainment, games are subjective. I pop in GTA IV every once in a while. I originally beat it within a month after buying it. But there is something almost theraputic about playing it. Red Dead Redemption, on the other hand, was given such a definate ending that it's difficult playing it with such a(spoiler)grim ending.

I've loved alot of games and some get played through a few times. But with more and more titles avalible, I have limited time to devote to games in general. Playing through Resident Evil 4 for the 5th time might seem fun. But I still have Both Super Mario Galaxies that I haven't finished that deserve to be played."

"I used to play only one game at a time. This was mostly due to the fact that I had limited income. It also had to do with the market. In the 16-bit era you'd be hard pressed to find more than one A list game a month. By the next month I would have saved another $50 for what ever 'It' title was released next. These days the market is saturated with not only shovelware, but A list titles as well. It's more and more difficult to commit soley to one title when most titles have extra modes and DLC that includes new missions. However, there are games like Uncharted that grab my attention in the way a movie does. It would almost feel like switching theaters halfway through one film to start another."

"It is getting more and more difficult to review games as a whole. Pretty much every FPS these days have a multiplayer componant to it. Giving a game a 6/10 because of the multiplayer when the solo campaign garnered a higher score is unfair. At the same time the door can swing the other way. I enjoyed both MW 1 and 2 for the most part, but both solo campaigns left something to be desired. Yet, almost every website and magazine gave it them both an average score of 9/10. The multiplayer was all anyone would talk about. But for a gamer like me that only plays multiplayer a small portion of the time, I feel like I'm getting shafted because I'm the minority in the game's audience."

"The one reason consoles will stay around is consistancy. I haven't been a PC gamer beyond older classic games for one reason; playing a hardcore game means upgrading every year. With consoles, publishers have a platform they have to stick with. A game has to work or risk losing an audience."

"I will always have a soft spot for Mortal Kombat II on the SNES. Maybe because it was the first game I bought for the system made after Nintend lifted restrictions on blood and violence. Whatever the case, I still prefer to play it on the SNES even though I have two different arcade perfect ports I could play. I haven't played 3 since the PS1 version. I couldn't really get into the 3D fighters that followed. I would be really jazzed if a new Morta Kombat would take the approach of Street Fighter IV. The mix of 3D graphics while retaining the 2D playing field would be awesome."

"I wrote a simular post about a month ago. I went a little more into the lack of being able to see 3-D"
