"The only game I've ever walked away from for this reason was Prince of Persia (2008). I did eventually go back and do what the game wanted me to just to see the ending, but I quit for a day first. Anyone who's played it to the end knows what I'm talking about."

"I feel that my Gamer Cred was earned in elementary school when I beat Final Fantasy IV (nee II) for SNES. Although I now find it to be a not that challenging but still engaging RPG, at the time it was in every sense an Epic Quest. I have a vivid memory of grinding for weeks to earn the Wall spell for Rosa before I was able to defeat Golbez in the Underworld. While I may not have understood every nuance of Cecil's quest for redemption, I knew that these were MY characters and I had a very personal connection to them. Finally finishing the game is still my highlight of gaming achievement."

"I'm doing exactly the same thing, except with ESPNU College Town instead of Farmville. It's fun for what it is, but no way am I letting it post to my wall."

"@Mitch This was the best shot I could find on the web, it's pretty low quality. If you want to see for yourself, you'll have to push outside your base in "Zero Hour" and take the fight to the Zerg.

"Did you see the "level 800 Tauren Space Marine" hiding out in the corner of an early mission's map?"
