"Thinkgeek.com usually does Japanese import toys. Maybe we'll get lucky?"

"I camped out for the 9AM release at my local Wal-Mart. It was a blast, save the fact that it was NOVEMBER AND COLD. I went with my then Finacee, her sister, and my friend. There was a Tim Horton's across the street for coffee/hot chocolate runs, but they were few and far between. We got there at about 11, and got settles in. There were Wi-Fi Mario Kart games, some catch with a teenis ball someone found, and lots of game talk in general. Everyone had a good time, and I'll be doing it again for the 3DS launch. My (now) wife wants to go dressed as a Gamecube, and I think I might encourage that."

"ike to win, who doesn't? But when I'm losing, I don't make a big deal out of it. Unless it's spawn-camping. Those people should burn. I don't try to compete with other players scores on TF2, and focus on beating my own records or killing the enemies. However, in Smash Bros Melee or Brawl, I am untouchable, and revel in vi"

"sonally, I had fun, even when I was getting owned. It gave me the chance to just mess around with some classes. While not everyone was the same skill level, it was still an entertaining time. First time I've ever seen and Uber-"

"in Canada, do we have EB Games, but to my understanding they're the same company(?). I try to tell as many people as possible to avoid shopping there. Quote: "The best place in the world to buy used games is flea markets and hock shops. Rarely do the owners check out what games are worth what, so sometimes you can get some great deals." This is SO true. I've picked up the Limited Edition Zelda Pre-Order disc for $10, and Final Fantasy 7(not greatest hits, and in perfect condition) for $15. I always make it a habit to try a pawn/trade in shop f"

"forgot another hybrid system, Republic Commando. That used shields and health. Similar to Halo, I guess(having not played the first one), most shots got your shield until it wound down to your health. Your shield would regen, but you still had to find a bacta station to recharge. This let you get to the next station without fear of a cheap death, but also encouraged some urgency in your actions. I'm all in favour of either system, so long as it deosn't mess with the flow. I have to say, Gears with health packs would be a VERY different"

"emember getting home from grocery shopping just in time to hear the announcement at E3. I had left the live stream on, and had just put down the groceries when I looked at my monitor. Reggie was about to show a video, so I sat and watched. As soon as I saw the Golden Sun emblem, I whooped so loud I swear most of the floor in my apartment heard it. I have eagerly devoured both games so far, multiple times. I've renamed all the characters to my friends at the time, I've gotten all the djinns, everything. I am so pumped about this"

"irrational fear is of water in video games. Not like Pokemon, where there are random encounters. It started in Banjo-Kazooie. The pirate ship level. There I was just swimming about happily, when BAM, some freaking shark comes out of nowhere and attacks me! Scared the crap out of me, I jumped and dropped my controller. It always ticked me off that the shark would just spawn. To THIS DAY(about 12 years later), I am incredibly wary of water, and it paid off in RE4. Stay out of the wa"
