"For anyone confused by the comments above: I published this story a few days ago with the inaccurate claim that the first Halo featured four-player co-op in the campaign. I was obviously wrong, and the inaccuracy made the article pointless.

I've since republished the piece with my real intent emphasized. We've seen Halo titles with four players, and they're fun. I feel that it wouldn't have been detrimental for 343 Industries to update the campaign in Anniversary to allow for a similar experience with the classic levels of Combat Evolved. 

I'm sorry that I made such an epic fail with the original version of the story, and hope that it doesn't affect your appreciation of the great work done here at Bitmob."
