"Good read! Real quick though, the current XCOM in development is by Firaxis, and it's a strategy game much like the first one. I believe your linked video is of a previous, shelved work-in-progress.

EDIT: My mistake, after further e-search it seems that BOTH the FPS and strategy are still in development. "

"Good read! I would play Slappers Tag on Goldeneye, in perfect dark, or any car game with a free-world mode. O, what fun we had playing outdoor games without the horrible outdoors that seemed to be a pre-requisite back in those days..."

"Anyone remember when Shawn Elliot covered "The Crossing" in CGW (or GFW) a few years back? It had a similar concept. I really dig this idea, at least in theory, I know I had a blast playing counter-ops in Perfect Dark, maybe this could turn into something great, or at the very least, set a trend into motion.

"The first line in the story section: "Legend has it that long time ago Titans once came to this uncivilized continent."

"h, I should have waited to read this, I didn't know I would acquire a Geth teammate. I see your point though, I equate it to watching a movie trailer that you know shows scenes from pivotal/end-of-movie scenes. I've sat through a movie thinking something like, "Well, I'm pretty sure "Minor Character A" survived that explosion after the quick-cut because I saw him riding shotgun in the preview that showed that chase scene that hasn't happened yet." ...and the excitement of the movie experience starts to dwindle from there. I know that trailers, previews and reviews are supposed to incite interest in "Product A," but I think sometimes people forget that you still have to intrigue the audience once you get them to buy your product. Thank (insert deity here) Mass Effect 2 is a game with multiple variables as opposed to a movie that may or may not have an alternate ending. Even by knowing one possible ending doesn't mean I'll reach a similar conclusion on my second or third play through. Heck, I just found out last night that *spoiler alert* if you're high enough Paragon in Mass Effect you can get Saren to shoot himself in the head. That blew my mind as much as it did his because I didn't even consider that a possibility.. Anyway, I guess I'm glad the only spoiler I've had so far was this little news about a Geth comrade. To be honest, since I'm a few characters away from completing my team, it's not all that big of a deal at all. thanks for the morning"

"an't watch the video, but if the guy's exercising while gaming I'll have to get behind this. I've been hitting my exercise bike every now and then and I've noticed that the time flies by when in a heated Modern Warfare 2 match. I guess maybe it only works for good games though, 'cause I was playing Marvel Alliance once and I felt more drained than usual. If when I watch the video I find I'm missing the point, I apologize in advan"
