"I was looking forward to White Knight Chronicles ever since it was announced. I haven't picked it up since Final Fantasy XIII was approaching, and I was looking forward to XIII more. Now that I completed XIII, and loved the game quite a bit, I haven't had the urge to pick up White Knight Chronicles. I loved Level 5's Dark Cloud games, and I really wanted to like this new game from them. But after I read and watched reviews from multiple sources, I can't justify picking up this game. It does look good, but the game-play is something to be desired. "

"Final Fantasy happens to be one of those gaming franchises that I adore. Simply because of the fact that each game can stand on it's own. I don't think there's one game that has been a let-down for me personally. VIII was my first, had a fun time with VII, was pleasantly surprised by X, heck I even had a fun time with X-2. That being said, XIII is my personal favorite out of the ones I have played in the series. I was instantly engaged since the very beginning, and saw it through to the end. XIII has every final fantasy mechanic and convention that I want in my RPGs. For some people, they'll miss the things that XIII threw out the window. And that's ok too, we are all inclined to our own opinions. Those people should know that just because XIII is like this, this doesn't mean every Final Fantasy game from now on is going to be like this.

"This is an awesome article on Final Fantasy XIII. I just got done with the game 2 days ago, and I have to say I'm in the camp who favors Final Fantasy XIII. Like Sarah, my favorite game in the series was VIII. It was my first, and before the release of XIII, has been my personal favorite. Personally, I felt that XIII had everything I wanted out of a Final Fantasy game. And threw away what I didn't enjoy. Thanks for the inspiring article =)

"idn't think IU, SO4 and Lost Odyssey were bad, ToV is more to my liking due to the characters, story, music and pacing. I played a little bit more this morning, and it feels like you don't stay in the same area for too long or too little. Which is awesome. Too many times have I played rpgs were I just want to move to the next town or location. Another thing to note, I like the fact that at the end of every battle, there's always new dialog from the characters when you win a battle. And for the most part, I found them funny. You can really see what kind of personality Estelle and Yuri are just by their interaction in those dialog s"
