Does morality play a part in video games?

I love Batman: Arkham City completely but there's just one hitch in the game that I don't agree with. When you throw someone in there that lacks ALL the gadgets that make the Batman games so intense it throws a hiccup into the game that rubs me the wrong way just a bit.

Batman: Arkham City takes everything that made Arkham Asylum great and ramps it up to 11 to make without a doubt the best superhero game ever made.
