Two weeks ago, I started at a job where I got to do something I always dreamed about: write about video games. I quit that job today. I talk about why, and give you all a cautionary story about "games journalism".

A few weeks ago there was a post on Bitmob regarding the hardships of "breaking into" the game industry and how it finally got said person to finally call it quits. This is about why I still have hope in this one day being a viable way to make a living for me.

After a long day of back-breaking labor, I sat down and watched hours of this year's press conferences. I also drank wine in the process. Here are my thoughts.
