The recent U.S. Appeals Court decision to deny resale rights of software may have repercussions upon the used games market...but there would be something nice about not having to decide whether to sell back a game or not anymore, and maybe we'd get better games across the board.

Before I purchased my copy of Blur, I researched and read up on some reviews to see if it would pump me up / determine if the game was right for me. Sometimes reviews just make me sick to my stomach. Their complaints are illogical. What happened to the fine times known as the past? They're dead, that's what.

Early today, at the M16 Conference in San Francisco, Univision (Mexican Owned TV Station) and CBS announced a partnership in bringing video game content to spanish speaking Latinos/Hispanics living in the US. Univision is the market leader in spanish langauge television programming, and are now expanding their web presence with the partnership.

Former Games for Windows Magazine editors Shawn Elliott and Sean Molloy made mention of the boilerplate method of constructing a game review, in which there is a particular prose construct ready for the insertion of the (often inconvenient) aspects of a chosen game.
To quote Sean, games reviews follow this formula: "This but this, this but this"
