"@Joshua No, you wouldn't double it. The amount of delay is measuring from your physical action to it showing on the screen. With a multiplayer game you wouldn't double this but you would simply add the lag to it. So 100ms + 30-46ms internet lag? At 130-160ms that's still decent enough that it wouldn't bother too many people unless it was for a really twitchy type game. You wouldn't want that delay in a first-person shooter but you could get away with it in some action/adventure games and such.

But to be honest do we think there's going to be a lot of twitch heavy action on Natal?"

"ad never played an erotic visual novel, let alone any visual novel, until Katawa Shoujo was first mentioned at gamesetwatch.com. I grabbed the Act 1 demo that had been put up online and found it absolutely engaging. I played through it repeatedly to witness every story branch and to "beat" Act 1 with every possible ending. I think they're handling the subject material really well considering the taboo behind it. Of course it's mostly just a choose-your-own-adventure novel so it won't be for all gamers but it's still worth checking out. Besides, since playing it I decided to find one of the popular professional efforts and have since nearly completed Fate/Stay Night. I don't know if it's a matter of the original writing or a sub-par translation but I find it nearly impossible to slog through at times because it's so poorly worded and ridiculous. Between the two eroge titles I've tried, one recognized as a great professional title that people gladly paid for while the other a first attempt by an amateur studio spread across the internet. And honestly the latter seemed to be a much better title. I'm rambling. Give the game a shot before lambasting it, that'"

"boy, my suggestions got in! Speaking of the lovely letter L my suggestions start out with: Love - A simple free platformer. There's now three versions of the game compared to when I bought the original for $1 so I can't say much about Love+. At least with the original it gave you 100 lives to complete twenty levels (with a handful of hidden levels). Aside from the standard moving and jumping you can place your own checkpoints freely so tap a button ("S" in the original) and you place a shadow version of your little character to return to. Logi-Gun - Another platformer (this'll be a theme). This one is more puzzle oriented and deals with using six different guns to reach the exit. Pretty good puzzles and there's tutorials for each of the guns so you aren't fumbling. Last Scenario - Break things up with an RPG. Very traditional but also very well done. It's a lengthy quest that should feel pretty similar to the 16-bit days of turn-based RPGs. La-Mulana - I'll be honest, haven't played this one though I've had it downloaded since it went online. Compared to Castlevania and Metroid it's a game made to look like it was an MSX title. A WiiWare port is being made with all spruced up graphics and such but the original is still free to download and always considered a very good time. Lyle in Cube Sector - And another I've had but always forget to try. It's another Metroid-vania. Pretty unique in style and coloring if nothing else but also always considered a very good game. I think listing these will finally get me around to playing those couple I never trie"

"ish I had suggested I Wanna Be the Guy for the letter I. How sad you didn't give it a shot. For K I'd say a couple easy picks would be one of the Karoshi titles as well as Knytt (and Knytt Stories, or rather the other way around between those two as Knytt Stories is usually considered superior). Something a little different would be Katawa Shoujo. If unaware it's the visual novel being created by some members of 4chan. The first act is available and free and contains nothing really questionable so it's free of nudity and such. I think most people were really surprised by the quality. I have very little experience with the genre but I played through the first act out of pure curiosity of the subject matter and it seemed well put together. I'll post again if more K games come to mind. I'm only looking through the games I have saved on my computer for inspiration so XBLIG may spark another one or"

"losion Man was a rather good time (and the ending? Oh man...) but 1200 Space Bucks is $15. I'd still say it's worth the money, though. I've been reluctant to get KarmaStar after watching a video because it just looked too damned weird. I'll likely get around to it after I've finally finished up a number of the other games I grabbed from the App"

"uess it's a little late to ask now but was this really $9.99 and under or was it meant to be $10 and under? That one penny separates a number of titles, especially a good number of Xbox Live Arcade titles. Mostly I wanted to send in an entry about Noitu Love 2 but it unfortunately was also priced at $10"
