I decided to post this trailer from id Software, on the off chance that not everyone has seen it.
Can't wait for an official release date...
Also of interest, I noticed a contest on http://www.idsoftware.com/ to attend the premiere of Quentin Tarantino's latest film, Inglourious Basterds. This, of course, already happened, but it gave me an idea...
Could we please get id/Bethesda to make a video game adaptation of this film? I just saw it yesterday, and it has endless Nazi killing potential. Seriously, this could be the best movie based video game yet.

Quick point, your Rage video is currently behind a copyright firewall in the United States (and embedding has been disabled by request), so I recommend finding the clip posted elsewhere.
But I'd rather Inglourious Basterds be left alone. It's a great film and not one that would adapt to a game medium well at all.
What would be the object? I don't want to spoil the film, so I won't go into details, but the plot doesn't make sense for a game. And, like many of Tarantino's films, there's no central character, so who would the player control?

Good to know. I'll have to repost it from somewhere else. I got an e-mail from YouTube saying something to that effect, but it was still playing on my computer. As for the game, I envisioned some Hitman-esque scenarios and various opportunities for the Basterds to kill Nazis. Not necessarily sequences directly from the movie.
I worry that such scenarios would become bland and repetitive, which would be at the detriment of the film since the action is designed to be sparse but intense.
The film shines in its dialogue and tension between characters in almost every scene. Without that, you've just got a run-of-the-mill WWII Nazi-killing game.
And considering the final result of the Basterds in the film, I don't know what the end goal could be.
