We've not seen many knock-off Game Boys that went through the trouble to have their own proprietary cartridges. Oftentimes the imitations come pre-loaded with a variety of hard-to-see block and snake games.
Stuart Ashen's latest video covers the Supervision. This mutated Game Boy attempted to compete with Nintendo's handheld by expanding the screen but not much else. Tracking down a Supervision might be difficult if this video inspires a purchase.

Hilarious. Laughed at that more than last night's Colbert.
And actually, the motorbike game appears to be a direct rip-off of some Gameboy game. I remember playing something just like it, loops and stupid jumps and all. Can't remember what it was.
Wasn't sure what he was going on about familiar music with the tetris clone until I listened a bit harder. They did a POOR job stealing Mario Land's theme.
