Attention Bitmob Twitter Users

The search engines Google and Bing have both announced deals with the service Twitter. Queries to both search engines will soon include Twitter messages in the results.

This may have a positive impact on Bitmob as a whole by increasing the visibility of the site.  However, individual users of Twitter should be aware that their messages will be made more public in the near future.

I sincerely hope that Twitter blocks protected profiles from search engine indexing.  I also hope that Google provides some option to filter out Twitter results, because they would not be helpful to the types of searches I perform most often.
This public service announcement has been brought to you by the letter 'J' and the number '42.'
