The twin dragons, Yun and Yang, were announced this weekend as playable characters in Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition (Japan only). Early reports have these two as being similar to their Street Fighter III: Third Strike incarnations. Rumor has it that four more characters will be added to the game before the arcade release and that all of the characters and updates (including balance tweaks for all the characters) will be on consoles as DLC.

For those who don't know, or remember, Yun was one of the top three characters in Third Strike and had some pretty devastating combos. He, at least, has the potential to really shake up the game.
