"Hello sir I think that you would have had a better outcome if you had instead of acting out would have email sony first you would have a better result. I too bought this version of the vita, now I chose to contact sony first. I did not have to involve anyone else. I simply explained that I bought my vita on april 3, i did not get my game because the coupon expired march 31. Anyways there is a paper in the box that states we had to buy 1 month of the 3g. After much blame to me the consumer and the retailer I was given a list of games to choose from and they sent that game to me at no charge because I contacted them first. It was stated on my packaging and should on yours something about a limited time offer. It is in fine print. I to was upset and still am in fact I have gotten rid of most of my sony items. I think contacting sony would have gotten you a lot farther and better results."
