1 vs 100
i was just playing 1 vs 100. and i was thinking how do they pick who is to be in the mob and who is the one. there was like 90,00o people playing and never was i in the mob.

The mob and "one" positions are determined by how well players are performing. You can also increase your odds in the weekdays' sessions. Though the amount of time you'll have to put into the game to become one of the selected one-hundred-and-one doesn't seem worthwhile--especially when the most common prizes (old XBLA game, 800 microsoft-points) are quite small.
