This game is the sequel to Battlefield Bad Company and is considered by many EA's answer to Modern Warfare 2.
This trailer is impressive, but doesn't the ending look a little familiar? I believe this game will take the multiplayer crown in 2010. I just hope EA and DICE don't try to mimic the already popular MW2.

WTF are you on about? Oh, are you talking about the one second of some nondescript bridge and shelling back-and-forth between two islands? Tell me how it looks "awfully familiar" to MW2. If it was Washington, that'd make more sense.
The game already looks as far from Modern Warfare 2 as you can get. Destruction, actual teamwork in multiplayer, classes, and humour.

I thought this trailer was awesome. The game doesn't seem to take itself too seriously, which is good. Plus the song that plays in the background is really good.
I think this game has more going for it on the "originality" aspect than Modern Warfare 2.

The song in the background is queens of the stone age's 'you think I ain't worth a dollar but I feel like a millionaire'. Very good and often overlooked song. I'm impressed by that choice but i'm not really looking forward to this game. The originals single player was repetitive and dull. Mostly involved aimless wandering and fighting awful AI while sitting through a sort of funny but ultimately meaningless and crass storyline with stereotypical characters. Nothing I saw here outside of a clever music choice makes me think this one is any better. I'm sure the multiplayer will be nice for some at least.
Yeah, Bad Company's single-player was a big afterthought. The character interaction and humour was very noteworthy, but sadly the campaign's design was very outdated compared to the likes of more narrative FPSs.
I hope this one has a better creative direction to the single-player, rather than being a frustrating chore to find where you're being shot from, and always hitting invisible walls.
