Bitmob Housekeeping (Mobcast Intro, Dreamcast Write-Ups, and more)

I just realized that Demian is still on vacation this week, so we have to extend the deadline of the Mobcast Needs Your Help contest until Saturday, Sept. 12. If you have a submission for an audio intro to our podcast, please send it in, and we may ask you to appear on a future episode.

Also don't forget:

Our Netbook giveaway ends on Sept. 10. You're automatically entered each time you post a story on Bitmob (with Spotlighted or front-page articles worth more).

We're looking for the community to contribute stories about the Dreamcast to help celebrate its 10-year anniversary. And yes, these count toward the Netbook contest if they're submitted in time.

We need some PHP development help.

How will entries be judged? On the podcast? If so, I will have to redo my samples, instead of what I did do, being "Here's the tunes, we'll record you over it, if you like it."

Posted my Dreamcast, I have no PHP skills. I've done plenty of pods and shoutcast shows in my time. I would make a intro for you guys but I would want to be on the show all the time not just one time.

I can't find the story I wrote about the Dreamcast a few years ago, and the job hunt to get my ass outta Gamestop is going to keep me too busy to write a Bitmob worthy piece... smilies/sad.gif
