Front-end Web Developer (React/Redux)

Role & Responsibilities

We’re in search of a front-end web developer who is deeply passionate about software development, very well versed in React & Redux, and appreciates the importance of good UI/UX, CSS and clean visual implementation. This person will work directly with the CEO and leadership team in an early-stage (VC funded) technology startup tackling exciting challenges at the intersection of software engineering and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Experience with AI is not required (cross training with our Data Science team will be provided).

This is a hands-on developer position with the opportunity to help architect and build our front-end marketplace web application. Responsibilities include:

  • Involvement in all front-end architecture choices
  • Establishing best practices for code design patterns
  • Enforcing coding style guidelines
  • Third Party Library and NPM package selection
  • Code reviews on others contributions
  • Quality assurance enforcement on code base (unit tests, TDD, etc.)

Preferred Qualification & Education

3+ years experience in writing software (in any language) Degree in Computer Science (or comparable industry experience or training)

Role & Responsibilities

We're in search for experienced engineers who are passionate about high-quality code and optimization. You would be tasked with writing unit tests and integration tests that will be ran as part of a continuous integration suite. This is technical role that encompasses communicating directly with clients to understand their needs, and peer reviewing other Mobsters code to ensures that all critical logic paths and edge cases have been accounted for.

This is a hands-on developer position with the opportunity to improve code, help architect and improve standards within web and mobile application codesbases. Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding pieces of code and identify logic and testability gaps
  • Producing high-quality unit & integration tests to provide automated test coverage
  • Recommending best practices for code design patterns
  • Enforcing coding style guidelines
  • Code reviews on others contributions

Preferred Qualification & Education

5+ years experience in writing software (in any language).
Strong experience with writing automated code tests
Degree in Computer Science (or comparable industry experience or training)

Growth Marketer

Roles & Responsibilities

We're looking for someone who understand the constantly shifting landscape of digital growth, with an emphasis on search engine optimization and marketing techniques. The ideal growth marketer would have diverse exposure to digital advertising and content strategy. Additionally, this person may represent Bitmob at events that appeal to our target audience.
