At least, that's the game I remember from the arcades about a clown on a unicycle trying to catch balloons. I'm sure it was ported:

There's no mention of cooking because obscuring an unpopular genre is just as good as having one people are more interested in. Obviously, it makes more sense to attract the lucrative insect/human porn fanbase. They're like furries, but with more sticky substances.
