Shadow Complex t-shirts:

Rob Thomas
Jonathan Ortiz

Copy of Tropico Reloaded:

Nick Ferguson
Joshua Perez
Andy Wang
Jordan Sommers
Jazz English

Copy of "Your Next-Door Neighbor is a Dragon":

Joe Handzik
William Richards
Matias Tapia
Aaron Dlugos
Eduardo Reboucas
Toby Davis
Jonathan Clee
Lyman Tsang
Adam Jorgensen
Panu Klemola

Congrats to all the winners! Sometime this week our new intern, Alejandro Quan-Madrid, will be emailing you to get your mailing addresses. Unfortunately, we did draw some would-be winners who were registered on Bitmob with incomplete names, and thus, they were disqualified. Remember: You gotta have your full, real name in our system to win anything we're giving away!

Also don't forget, we still have this contest active: Mobcast needs your help! If you have any musical or audio talents, we could use a new intro for our weekly podcast. Grand prize is a future call-in guest spot on Mobcast -- unless you happen to live near the San Francisco Bay Area, then you can stop by our recording "studio."

Update: We have a new contest up! We're giving away an HP netbook laptop....

Congrats to the contest winners!!! And Shoe, are you looking for an original musical bit? Or just a sampling of sounds?

@Lance: Whatever! As long as it's license-free. We don't have specific guidelines...we just want to see what people come up with. :)

Congrats to the winners. I hope Bitmob will open up it's future contests to their friends in the North (Canadians). I know about the shipping costs, but somehow allow some opt-in for splitting the costs or winner absorbs most of the costs.

@David: Problem is, we don't have any money here. We're not even paying ourselves yet, and shipping out of country is all coming out of our own pockets while we're living on our own savings. Do you think people would be insulted if we asked them to cover international shipping if they won? That seems so cheapskatey of us, yet we can't afford it anyways.

@Dan- I think most people here on Bitmob are older and more mature. If you take into consideration that the person has to enter first then they can decide for themselevs. if you put some tagline/fine print that the winner, if being in a different country must cover shipping costs then they can decide to enter or not. Just give us an outline first (Canada=X, Mexico=Y)

@David, but then we have different parts of Canada, the UK, Australia...where do we stop? But we did say for the Netbook contest that non-continental-US winners can opt to pay for shipping costs if they wanted.

Just noticed I won a book! yay me! But sadly I live in the UK. I have no problem paying for shipping costs though, is that an option with this competition as well? If not I am happy to donate my book to a suitably worthy US resident.

Best post this week? ...Well there was this and that. It should stand a decent chance at Top Ten barring unforeseen Duke Nukem Forever release or similar freak accident.
