So let's say you're stuck in the bathroom for a long time for various, undocumented reasons that we won't go into detail about. Since you don't like getting stuck in this boring room with nothing to do, you have no better choice than to play video games.

Here's a few of my favorite handheld games to play while I'm taking care of business.

Tetris DS/Tetris Party Deluxe (Nintendo DS)

There's nothing more exciting than a game of Tetris. With Tetris DS or Tetris Party Deluxe, you can also play with multiple of online players if you have a Wi-fi connection. It's like a party in your bathroom.

Dragon Quest IX (Nintendo DS)

When you're trapped on the john, you just have to find a good way to escape. Dragon Quest IX is the perfect solution. You can explore new dungeons and collect all your drop items while you're finishing what you have to do.

Gunstar Super Heroes (Game Boy Advance)

Have you ever had that feeling on the john, where you really wanted to blow stuff up in the same way that you're blowing your bowels up? Gunstar Super Heroes fulfills that childish fantasy, with some insane level designs and humongous bosses to kill.

Wario Land 2

Sure, the first run through this game is easy. However, the game isn't over. You can collect loads of new treasure in this game's Metroid-like game environment. It's like finding that secret treasure trove stuffed inside that dusty corner in the bathroom.

Photo Dojo (DSiWare)

Need an excuse to get off the john? Just play Photo Dojo, the one game that will gross you out with its awkward Photoshopped imagery. Besides, I love hearing myself doing the Chun-Li victory laugh at the end of each stage.
