The Community Spotlight highlights some of the best articles that didn't quite make the front page. This week we look at the Wild West, Sonic the actor, and the world's greatest peripheral of all time.

Looking back on 2010: Frontier worlds
By Bruno Dion
I’m not sure how prevalent this phenomenon actually is, but Bruno makes the interesting assertion that 2010 was the year of the Wild West in video games. Which means we all saw how the west was won -- unless you played Minecraft where there’s no winning at all.

How Fallout: New Vegas taught me the true meaning of Christmas
By Taylor Robertson

Controller Cinema: Sonic the Hedgehog: The Movie
By Ryan Conway
When someone says that something related to Sonic the Hedgehog is worthwhile, my eyebrow immediately goes up. Is it good? Or is the commentator a batshit crazy Sonic fan? In this case, I will give Ryan the benefit of the doubt. He doesn’t get a second chance though!

A guide to horrible game peripherals
By William Harrison
I have no idea what William is talking about. The baby peripheral for Babysitting Mama is awesome. This writer has obviously lost his mind.

I assure you sir that I am not a bat-shit Sonic fan. I have more of a love/hate relationship with the series. That isn't to say that I'm not just a tad crazy however. Muwhahahahaha!
