I'd like to introduce my sorry ass to the BitMob community. My name's Eric. I've read EGM since day one and created a profile on 1up after I couldn't find EGM anymore, just to find out all the people I used to read didn't work there anymore. Damnit! I now find myself on this site, BitMob, and I finally feel like I'm home, like I did when I read stuff from the people who made this site except now it's raw, unplugged. That kicks ass. I like to play video games, hang out with friends, write, review games, post gaming achievements on YouTube and a whole lot more.

I know just about everybody has played some version of Tetris but not like this. Twin Galaxies announced a huge World Record May 6th on it's website - Harry Hong of L.A. California has maxed the score on the original NES version of Tetris. The score 999,999 has been reached and Harry Hong is the first person in gaming history to hit this Tetris millstone. Harry has spent years trading the World Record back and forth with a few great gamers but now he stands alone and all any others can do is tie his maxed Tetris score. To read the full article please visit http://twingalaxies.com/ and click on the main page interview with Harry. Watch the video of this amazing gaming World Record here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hyhDZpcXLJ8 to see how it was done.

It might sound odd but recently I find myself switching great games like Fallout 3 and Resident Evil 5 after playing them for 15 minutes for a quick fix of Street Fighter IV. They're all quite different games and I like all types of genres, so why do I keep going back to SF4? It might be a few challenges or an all out 3 hour battle with a bunch of friends. Maybe it's about learning from other players while they endlessly punish your online counterpart when there's nothing to do and nobody around. I find myself going back to play Street Fighter 4 for those reasons and a whole lot more.

Please help make a Video Game Museum and Hall of Fame a reality by visiting MSNBC through this link  http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/30588831/ and voting yes (which is a part of the article) near the bottom. Ottumwa Iowa is home of Twin Galaxies Creator/Founder Walter Day and his arcade of the same name. It's also the current chosen site for the Video Game Museum and Hall of Fame but it needs some help. Walter Day and the Twin Galaxies staff have been verifying Video Game and Pinball World Records since the early Eighties. It only makes sense to build it there but many people don't know it's history and argue if there's to be one, why there, not someplace like Tokyo or a place known for technology. Good Question. Check out MSNBC and the story to learn more.
