Why did this man decide to dress up as the lovable Italian assassin, Ezio? And why did he take his costume to a mall and continuously "Walk the Dinosaur?" My intellect is insufficient to answer these questions. 

I mean, I think he starts his prehistoric strut outside of a dino-themed restaurant. Is this explanation sufficient? Not really. Certainly not for the dozens of confused mall-goers who probably had no prior knowledge of the famous game character.
