If you read our huge Blur preview yesterday, you already know that the game’s Xbox Live online multiplayer beta begins on Monday, March 8. But you can’t just go on Xbox Live and download the beta - you’ll need a key.
Guess what? We have 100 keys for the Blur beta, and we’re giving them away starting…now. All you need to do is correctly answer three questions about our
Blur Mega-Preview, and then send those answers via email to
letters@bitmob.com with the subject: “Blur Beta Giveaway. “ If you’re one of the first 100 people to answer all three questions correctly, we’ll email you a code that can be redeemed for entry into the beta.
Here are the three questions you need to answer:
-
What are the names of the two lead designers interviewed in the preview?
-
Name two of Blur’s power-ups.
-
When does the game come out in both the US and the UK?
As mentioned earlier, send your responses to
letters@bitmob.com with the subject “Blur Beta Giveaway. “ DO NOT POST THE ANSWERS IN THE COMMENTS SECTION OF EITHER STORY.
If you’re one of the first 100 people to answer all three questions correctly, we’ll send you an email with a code by noon PST on Sunday, March 7. If you don’t hear back from us by Sunday, that means you didn’t win (though you’re still a winner in life).
If you do receive a code from us, you’ll need to enter that code at
www.blurgame.com/beta. When the beta goes live the following day, you’ll receive an email from Activision with an Xbox 360 code that will let you into the beta.
Oh, and this contest is available to all of our community members, so if you live somewhere that usually gets hosed on prizes (you know who you are), you’re in luck this time.
Good luck!
