The 2010 FIFA World Cup is in full swing and it seems if the entire planet has caught World Cup Fever (or at least a bad headache from the incessant buzz of vuvuzelas). As of today, the tournament is officially halfway complete, which sadly means your fever will soon turn into withdrawal.
But what if there was a way for the World Cup to continue on forever? What if there was a video game based on the World Cup?! What if we had a copy of said video game and decided to do something crazy like give it away to a Bitmob reader?
Well, those things, they are all happening!
We have a shiny new copy of EA Sports' 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa for the Nintendo Wii, and we're giving it away to one lucky Bitmobber. Hit the jump for details on how to win!
OK, this is simple. I want you to write a haiku about why you want this game, and then post your masterpiece in the comments below. Visit this website if you're not sure how to write a haiku. You have until 12pm (Pacific) on Tuesday, June 22 to submit your work. Once the deadline passes, I'll pick the one I think is the best and notify the winner.*
Good luck and happy haikuing!**
*This contest is open to anyone, but please, read this part carefully. We can only pay for shipping in the United States. If you live in another country, we'll happily send the game if you're willing to cover the cost of shipping via PayPal.
** "Haikuing" isn't a word, but it really should be.
