I really don't enjoy what Milky has to say most of the time. He was okay here, but I'd rather have any other guest.

I think what he's really trying to say is that he wants a new franchise out of Nintendo instead of reusing the old IPs. He uses Shadow Complex as an example but I think its a bad game to use. It's basically metroid so even if Nintendo put that game out instead of Microsoft, you'd just be drawing comparisons in the end, its pointless. Maybe it would've been a good idea to roll out with a new IP using all of Super Mario Galaxy's mechanics and calling it a fresh new game? That might satiate your hunger but the honest truth is, it's a dumb idea to do that. Why bother ? You have this fantastic IP and you get to focus on, ya know, the gameplay. Don't lie, you're going to play Galaxy 2. It's basically like saying who cares about halo 2,3,4, and every other sequel to the game, it's the same thing. You either need to change the way you're arguing or just admit how stupid you sound right now.

BUT I do agree, Mielke makes a great point, Nintendo should put out some new IPs, it's about time they do. Mario is a FANTASTIC game, but give a new generation of gamers something they can call their own or else sony or microsoft will do it for you(or did it, just look at all the people who love halo and will probably reminisce about it like we all did for mario). Nintendo's strategy is great at including everyone but they need to create a mascot or character that represents everything they're doing with the wii now. Mario is cool, but how about something new for something new ?
