Despite what people might anticipate from the title, Final Fantasy Versus 13 isn't headed to the Xbox. At least that's what a Japanese video game magazine wants you to believe after they leaked a suspicious misprint.

According to the scanned V-Jump article, Final Fantasy Versus 13 is headed to the Xbox 360. The news caused quite a stir on the blogosphere until V-Jump posted on Twitter that this was a typo.

Still, anyone would have to wonder whether this was really a printing error or not. After all, Square-Enix ported Final Fantasy 13 over to the Xbox 360. The newest Final Fantasy game would sell even more units if it were made into a multi-platform title.

I just hope Square doesn't sacrifice too much of the graphics and the gameplay if it becomes an Xbox title. They'd better not put in any Disney characters either.
