Being featured in a best-selling game does wonders for a video-game character’s career, but triple-A titles take years to develop, forcing pixelated stars to get part-time jobs between important gigs.
Killer Whale
Fans of the PC freeware fighter M.U.G.E.N. are probably more familiar with Killer Whale than the average gamer. The giant orca actually made its debut in Metal Slug 2. SNK never called her back, so Killer Whale has since been stalking gun-carrying, retro game-characters. I don’t even think she’s getting paid!

Mokujin
Mokujin loves getting punched and kicked in the face, so he landed an easy job as a stunt double for Whispy Woods. Kirby may look super cute, but he’s a maniac when it comes to battling trees. If absorbed, Mokujin would give Kirby the power of everlasting wood.

ToeJam and Earl
The funky beats of Earth’s music have led ToeJam and Earl back to our planet. Since Sega hasn't gotten off its ass to make another ToeJam and Earl game, the alien duo signed up to be hip-hop dance instructors in Dance Central 2. You dig?

Wheel Gator and Scorpion
Maverick Hunters, like Wheel Gator, are pretty much screwed because they usually star in just one Mega Man X game. Scorpion has had much better luck with the Mortal Kombat series. Still, both baddies have found a new temporary home in Pitfall!, where Harry will now have a slightly tougher time finding treasures in the jungle.

Demon Wall
After being defeated in Final Fantasy 4 by Cecil and his friends, Demon Wall heard that the Red Falcon Organization was hiring, well…walls. At first, he didn't immediately jump on the opportunity because he has no legs, but the living barricade eventually took the job nonetheless. Bill and Lance might never reach stage 2 ever again.
