Bitmobbers unite! We need your answers to the Pixel Revolt community question.

This week's question should result in some great responses:

What is your favorite and least favorite save point gimmicks in video games?

Like phoning home in Deadly Premonition? Hate the random floating orbs in Final Fantasy games? Let us know!

I always thought that the save mechanic in Eternal Darkness was incredibly well done - especially when the game would mess with the player and instead of a "save" prompt, it would show a "delete" prompt in an attempt to convince the user that the entire memory card had been erased.

I actually liked the save points in Final Fantasy VII, probably because I saw them as a safe haven.  I remember several occasions where my party was dangerously low on health and I'd be racing to the nearest save ONLY to have the screen fade out and a random battle ensue, subsequently ending my game and having to revert back to my previous save!
