The next time you're afflicted by a bout of the workplace migraines, look for someone nearby mumbling into a mouthpiece and waving his hands in your general direction. That's where your fist needs to land.

Video Blips:

• In the real world, hostile takeovers net valuable data. In Syndicate, corporate empires sending cybernetic assassins into their rivals' towering headquarters nets valuable data and a whole mess of body bags. So it's pretty much the same thing, give or take a few banks of lens flare.

Continue after the break for the power of friendship in Mass Effect 3, Phoenix Wright's damning evidence in Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, and the war for pieces of floating rock in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure.

• Your victories and losses in Mass Effect 3's multiplayer directly influences Commander Shepard's struggle against the Reapers. He'll need all the help he can get if he keeps prioritizing how to turn his crew into a harem.

• It's not often a fighting game features a lawyer who violently sneezes and throws valuable evidence at the faces of his enemies, but Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 carries that distinction. This trailer simply reinforces the need for more hair spikes in our justice system.

• Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure finally puts that mini-Spyro love shrine of yours to good use. I'm not exactly sure how a being that burps pure lava can team up effectively with a walking tree, but I guess it works.

How do those video game testers manage to keep smiling after so many hours of playing Mass Effect 3? I'd need a bathroom break every once in a while.

But that's a trippy multiplayer side. It's like having two campaigns at once...ooh...

I'm glad that you cleared up the mystery of Phoenix Wright's air attack for me. So that really is a hanky sneeze. I'm even more intrigued with Phoenix Wright in his post-series cameo appearances. Lol.
