Exercise Bike + Xbox 360 = Healthy Gaming

So, it's Wednesday evening, and you're sitting and playing video games on your couch. Despite having set a new year's resolution to lose weight, you've just finished a bag of Doritoes and a two liter bottle of soda. Needless to say, you're feeling very bad about yourself. Don't wallow in self-loathing -- the answer is here! With this new technology, you can play games like Halo 3 and ExciteBike while working out your core and lower body region. The only problem: ten-hour gaming sessions are out of the question.

Haha I totally already do this - minus the sensor that monitors what your lower half is doing... I live with my girlfriend and our apartment is small... to make a long story short there is an elliptical where our couch should be...anyways, I pointed that thing at our tv and use it when I play games. What about sweaty hands you say? Luckily where I rest my hands there is a fan in the control deck of the elliptical.

I can't watch the video, but if the guy's exercising while gaming I'll have to get behind this.

I've been hitting my exercise bike every now and then and I've noticed that the time flies by when in a heated Modern Warfare 2 match. I guess maybe it only works for good games though, 'cause I was playing Marvel Alliance once and I felt more drained than usual.

If when I watch the video I find I'm missing the point, I apologize in advance! :D

Wait, can't I just use a wireless controller and ride my exercise bike upright?

Clearly, any racing game is the best game for this device. I can't think of any other genres that require you to hold down a button continuously. The shooting in Halo looked a little worse, since the pedaling was sporadic and timing-based, and not enough to burn calories.
