Or
It Came from eBay: Nintendo Virtual Boy TV

Time for more incredibly rare pieces of video game memorabilia hitting eBay. This time it is a so-called Nintendo Virtual Boy TV, a tester unit that plays Virtual Boy games on a television screen. Sounds too good to be true, doesn't it?

The device supposedly only works on PAL sets. You needn't worry if you don't have one of those just lying around the house -- the likelihood of this machine selling any time soon is slim. The seller is asking for $50,000 out of the gate; although, he'll also consider offers from potential buyers.

My offer: $5, because I have to spend the rest of the money on a PAL setup.

You can monitor the auction here and check out the action screenshots.

Well, it does have free shipping...

I'll build a device that does the same thing, but works on any TV for half his asking price if you supply the Virtual Boy. Any takers? :)

Neva heard of that device outside from the V-Boy. Likely a home made thing or unofficial 3rd party release.

This is part of the dev kit, isn't it?

@Chris: I believe so. I've been researching it since I stumbled across the eBay listing.
