Come on, Capcom! If you release Super Street Fighter 4 in arcades, arcade owners will welcome you as saviors!

Will Super Street Fighter 4 come out in arcades? Capcom isn't sure yet. As opposed to releasing entirely new cabinets, the company has stated that it would be a simple matter of upgrading the current machines' software and external artwork. Though this doesn't seem like much trouble, Capcom is still undecided if it wants to make the upgrade. We hope they come to their senses since we would love to play SSF4 in a...wait, what's an arcade again? [1UP]

In an interview with Gizmodo, Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer has gone on record saying that "you'll be able to get Blu-ray drives as accessories (for the Xbox 360)." While this certainly falls short of a game-medium format switch for Microsoft's console, it is notable in light of this generations HD DVD vs Blu-ray format war. Imagine if Sony always won the format wars. We'd have Betamax-DVD player combos! [Gizmodo]

Australia's Classification Review Board has rejected Valves appeal against the ban of Left 4 Dead 2. Previously, the game was deemed too realistically violent (complete with not-zombie-looking-enough enemies) and was essentially banned before release from the land down under. Valve created a heavily censored version to get some form of the L4D2 out in the region, while still holding out for the appeal. Though this sucks for Aussie gamers, someone needs to take this controversey out back and let it die already...with it possibly coming back in zombie form. [Destructoid]

Final Fantasy 13 won't have a mandatory installation for PS3. Furthermore, the only load times players should expect to see will be when they transition between the town and field. This is kind of a bizarre twist from eight years ago when Final Fantasy 10 came out and American PS2 owners (unlike their Japanese counterparts) couldn't instal the game on the PS2 HD, even if they wanted to. @Connor, do you mean FF13? FF14 is still a ways off from now.

@Aaron, Yeah, it looks like it. You should buy several copies, send them to your friends and have them re-sell those copies on the black market for tremendous profit!
