Halloween is usually a night for begging for candy from your neighbors or, for the older kids, getting drunk in a funny costume. Two robbers, however, decided to make this scary holiday a time for tainting the good names of two of our favorite video game heroes [via NYDailyNews]:

According to the NY Daily News website, "Surveillance video shows two of the men -- wearing colorful overalls and caps resembling Mario and Luigi -- wrestling the cabbie while a third man dressed in a tuxedo appears to act as a lookout." Who is this strange tuxedo-wearing bad guy? We are sensing a Bowser extortion attempt at work here.
