Classic Games Made Super Easy in a Humorous Way

It's hard to argue the fact that, for the most part, games from the '80s and '90s were much harder than modern-day graphic masterpieces. Classic titles like Q*Bert and Contra tested your level of eye/hand coordination in a way more recent titles don't -- pure and simple.

To complete most of the games we fought to go through back in the day (some without the option to save no less), kids these days would probably need a Super-Easy mode. I wonder what that would be like.... [via College Humor]:

I especially like the old dude giving Link the Tri-Force right away. Just imagine how much easier it would be to kick Ganon's ass with all that power up front. It would also come in handy when he had to tell his friends to "Come and get it" when it's time to break for lunch.

I think I've played a pong game much like that one. Also a Tetris game like the one show. Although it was on one of those crappy 1001 hand held game things. It had a mode where you could keep flipping blocks and as they flipped they changed into shapes, so you could just do long blocks all the time.

This was sweet. If only to remind me how much time I dumped into many of those games. Battletoads being a specific example of rage.
