The blue-suited and monster-hunting Carl Kolchak of the '70s TV show Kolchak: The Night Stalker is my inspiration for becoming a journalist. Of course, that's just what I tell people I don't want to answer directly.... But you have to admit that he's a perfect choice for his pursuit of the truth and dangerous investigations.
The Retroist, along with Vic Sage, put together a mockup of a Night Stalker Atari 2600 game. I like that Kolchak is always holding a cross in the game.
