Puzzler: Guess the Mario games

Nintendo's mustachioed mascot is back in Super Mario 3D Land, and although I don't own a 3DS, I'm celebrating the occasion with a Banzai Bill-sized Puzzler.

Before going three-dimensional, Mario was a handsome 2D plumber. Look at the pixel art below and identify the games that I took them from.

Newer titles have much better graphics, but I can't get enough of the old-school sprites.

Hmm...I got 10 of them. Nice job. That reminds me that I'll have to try out Superstar Saga eventually.

Mario became a pinball? Wow...

Too many mushrooms will do that to you.

You should totally check out Superstar Saga. It's fun and has really humorous dialog. All three Mario & Luigi games are awesome.

Great! I've been looking forward to a new type of Mario RPG.

I tried to get back into Super Mario RPG, but I couldn't finish it the same way as before. The 3D art style didn't hold up as well as it used to. Geno's design bothered me too.
