You might tease me for using inverted Y-axis controls in shooters, but what are you gonna do in Halo: Reach's ship-flying levels? I hope that you'll now have to awkwardly change controls in the middle of a match.
Video Blips:
• I just discovered that Halo: Reach has a space combat mode where you fly around in a ship like Star Fox. While watching this gameplay video, I had the strangest urge to yell "Do a barrel roll!" [GameTrailers]
Continue after the break for a look at the Hawaiian downloadable content for Skate 3, a Mafia 2 details developer diary, and a walkthrough of the early stages of multiplayer combat in Star Wars: The Old Republic.
• Why fly all the way to those humid Hawaiian Islands to skateboard when you could just play Skate 3's Hawaiian Dream DLC? Though unrealistically, it seems the developers didn't program the skaters to sweat. [GameVideos]
• Mafia 2 places players in the middle of a fictional American city during the 1940s and 1950s. Maybe playing this game would be a good opportunity to spend quality time with Grandpa...assuming you can get him to stay awake long enough. [GameVideos]
• LucasArts shows off some multiplayer combat from Star Wars: The Old Republic that looks pretty fun. Strangely, I found the most entertaining part of the video to be the Jedi Knight's "Force Unibrow." [GameTrailers]
