I never understand why an invading force bothers with "Conform to be free" posters. "Shut up or die" gets the message across way better.
Video Blips:
• Korean oppressors and ruined cities galvanize the downtrodden American populace into action in Homefront. If I see even a shadow of a hint that there will be a Modern Warfare 2-esque firefight in or around a fast food restaurant, I'm going to throw a fit.
Continue after the break for the importance of teamwork in Hunted: The Demon's Forge, a spectacularly epic trailer for MLB 11: The Show, and some goretastic gameplay in Knights Contract.
• Hunted: The Demon's Forge describes how all hell breaks loose after finding a snot-colored artifact. But I don't think being continually vexed by two meddlesome mercenaries is a worthwhile quality to have.
• Extreme angles, slow-motion effects, and a booming choral soundtrack -- except this isn't Sparta, this is MLB 11: The Show. Everything I just described occurs in the span of one pitch. I can't imagine how long it would take to watch a full game like this. [GameTrailers]
• Knights Contract doesn't skimp on the brutal violence. It also doesn't skimp on whiny sycophants yelling for help.
