Video game cakes have pretty much run their course, but this Left 4 Dead confection is pretty darn impressive. If it weren't for the disembodied hand, I may have believed that was an actual backpack. I bet the blood splats taste especially delicious.

This picture was uploaded to Reddit with little explanation. I gather that it is some sort of birthday cake. Perhaps that should have been assumed? Can you get a gaming-themed cake for any other occasion? Sadly, I do not know who exactly made it. I will have to send my kudos to the great gaming gods in the sky.
