Why isn’t the main female in Call of Juarez: The Cartel wearing a bulletproof vest like her male counterparts? Because if she did, her cleavage wouldn’t show. Duh!

Video Blips:

• I don’t mean to dig into the ethics of making a video game based on the Mexican drug cartels, but I think Call of Juarez: The Cartel is going about things the wrong way. I mean, wouldn’t it make more sense to develop a real-time strategy title about the gangs competing for land, resources, and political influence?

Continue after the break for a preview of the Berlin Wall map in Call of Duty: Black Ops, the debut trailer for Double Fine Productions' Trenched, and a look at Bangai-O HD: Missile Fury.

• Apparently, one of the new maps for Call of Duty: Black Ops is based on the Berlin Wall. I wonder if this downloadable content will add a sledgehammer melee weapon.

• Awesome! Double Fine is working on a MechAssault-style game called Trenched. I just have two questions: 1) Will it be funny? 2) Is there any way to make it compatible with Steel Battalion’s ridiculous mech-controller apparatus?

• This short Bangai-O HD: Missile Fury video combines two of my favorite things in life: blowing things up with an endless barrage of missiles and collecting dozens of floating fruits.

When there's so many missiles that the screen starts slowing down on a current-gen system, you know there's just enough.  Need confirmation of insane, poorly translated dialogue and plotlines before considering a purchase however!
