What new title could Team Ninja possibly be teasing with this video? Well, judging by the presence of Ryu Hayabusa and a big bloody Japanese "3," I'm going to guess Ninja Gaiden 3. But hey, you never know!
Video Blips:
• Ninja Gaiden's Ryu Hayabusa sure is a badass. Despite the gruesome, bloody mess he makes with his sword, he doesn't seem to be bothered by the threat of blood-borne pathogens.
Continue after the break for the latest Superbrothers: Swords & Sworcery EP trailer; the debut of Double Fine Productions' Sesame Street game, Once Upon a Monster; and a rundown of the weapons and enemies of the new Yar's Revenge.
• At this point, it doesn't even matter if Superbrothers: Swords & Sworcery EP is actually good. The pixel art is so damn gorgeous, I just want to hold the game in my hands and stare at it. [Vimeo]
• I think it's OK for adults to get excited for Once Upon a Monster, since Double Fine Productions is behind the development. At least, I hope it is. I don't plan on having any kids by Fall 2011 to play this with.
• The heroine in Yar's Revenge has some pretty solid guns for squashing insect enemies. I recommend similar firepower for when a rolled-up newspaper or your shoe just don't cut it anymore.
